Hi,
I was playing the last game before reaching my level 11, I needed less than 2500xp.
In the middle of the round, the game freezed for like 1 minute, than I was on the game interface with a message like “check your internet connection”.
Of course nothing was wrong with my connection because my internet box is just beside me and was all green.
Than the game crashed, and I was on my desktop.
I launched the game again but STEAM told me “GAME ALREADY RUNNING”, that was not the case cause I checked the process manager. After 2 minutes the game started, my level passes to the next one, means 12 + 125 credits, but the CASE DROP WAS LOST : nothing!!! 
I was so p****d off! Than I remembered, the same thing happened to me twice yesterday and this morning : I had a notification that I had a new item drop, I didn’t want to check them immediatly so I pushed the little X to close the notifications and the drops just disappeared from my inventory. Maybe it’s related to the last patch.
Anyone had that???
