game crash at launch

i know that a lot of people are having the same problem… and I haven’t found a reply from the Nexon’s tech support so far… I will give you the details: i launch the game and the game window opens like it would do normally. after the window disappears and the game startes i see a black screen with the spinning logo in the middle. After a couple of seconds the logo stops spinning and disappears leaving only the black screen. Alt+tab doesn’t work and i have to shut down the proccess through task manager. The strange fact is that i played two or three days ago and the game started regularly, I played it several times and it went just fine. i hoped the patch would have solved the problem but it didn’t. i also verified the game cache integrity and deleted/installed it again. I also tried a variety of solutions proposed by the community but none worked so far. I added exeptions ti the firewall and tried to deactivate the antivirus.
Now I have a pair of questions: How can I see the error code? How can I determine if it is a compatibility problem like many suggests? I don’t think it’s a problem related to my hardware since the game starded and has been fully playable for an entire week. I really enjoed the game, help would be appreciated
