[Game Crash] - After Start Match randomly crash

It happens in the middle of the match randomly, the game stop and show the crash handled by the windows.
Already tried to verify integrity of game cache on Steam and didn’t work.

There is no customer support, all it does is send you a mail that the support email isn’t monitored…
I too get the same error… With last patch (or character rotation) I can’t even play a single game of stopwatch, and a second round in objective or execution is also out of the question…
Also the logs are full of warnings of missing animations/functions/textures…
Do you guys even check your own logs?

For me the problem was solved by ditching ‘art’ from the squad, I had him on my squad as I previously had another ‘free rotational’ merc and it was replaced with ‘art’ with the new rotation, that’s also when the crashes started to happen every other round… Ditching him from the team (now I have sky hammer, bushwacker, and aurora) and I didn’t have ANY crashes for the last 3 hours, whereas before I couldn’t even play 1 or 2 rounds…

Well I have to rectify that again… Last night I have played 3 hours straight without a problem, now I cannot play a single game again… And looking at the log files, this game really is buggy as hell… Never have I had any real crashes with any of the unreal engine based games…

@SuperDre I would suggest you contacting customer support, your issue is not a common one and they are better equipped to help you.

BTW I did contact support with a lot of logs and dxdiag but never heard back…
