I played a competetive game yesterday (in a party) where i lost my internetconnection for a few seconds. I was disconnected from the game, and when I tried to reconnect the game closed itself because of the lacking connection.
Upon launching the game again I was unable to rejoin the competetive game. I don’t know if this was because I was in a party, and I was dropped from the party when my game crashed, or some other reason.

Had the same problem just now. Internet was out for ~10 seconds, I got disconnected from the game. In the main menu I got a window that prompted me to reconnect, next thing I see is an error about sign-in.
Restarted the game and Steam a few times but it wouldn’t let me rejoin the game from the main menu or through friends and I got a cooldown 
I was in a full party, if that makes any difference.
