Game closes after every game.

For some reason after this recent patch my game crashes after every round. Is there any fix for this?

Same for me, no error. The game just Exits. No matter if I wait until the game put me back to lobby or if I click on return to main manu.

Edit: it was caused by config :confused:

The crash happens (for me) on the end game screen around half way through the count down to loading back to the lobby.

I have also cross-posted this to Splash Damage forums as devs tend to be more active there.

Try chancing configs lads, it stopped my crashes.

Well they can hug themselfes then…if this config gives me 120fps instead of barley 60 then they should think about it. If thats the case.

I’ve a normal config (except for 1 custom bind to change FOV while holding F) and I’m experiencing the problem on American servers right now.

I’ve played for quite a while on EU servers today and it worked fine.

The game exits when it should load the lobby where the next map is chosen. So, the problem might be related with having a higher ping. I’m from EU.

edit: Happens on EU servers, too. I’ve no idea what could cause this.

Don’t get it why you need a config with 120 FPS?

I didn’t changed anything in config files till now and also have to problem to get every 5-10 match kicked out when a new match ist started.

2 friends of me have bigger problems with this bug (if its the same?) They are often (every 3-5 objective round) kicked out in the middle of the game. If they have the luck to rejoin game before server is full they have lost all his experience (only K/D stats are saved).

Once he had 0 XP at the end of the game with 3/3 K/D stats.

Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Its very annoying for them to get to level 7 when a lot of experience get lost by this bug.

I tried the config that boosted fps, it was great, but it crashed after every game was finished.

Didn’t back up my Original ( dumb move)

Re-installed and it now all works fine.

Probably something in that config

Try changing “TimeBetweenPurgingPendingKillObjects=0” to “60” (default).
