Many people have been reporting this. My personal experience:
The crash happens (for me) on the end game screen around half way through the count down to loading back to the lobby.

Just happened to me after the first map i played on this patch.
O yea… and the auto-join is broken now.
Had this once so far this patch, and 1 or 2 times last patch. Crashes to desktop, no error message or popups appear, no slowness or hanging processes, game just disappears.
It happened to me as well. But after that I’ve removed my blockout cfg and now it’s working fine. Some ppl were saying that they tried to remove custom cfg but game was still crashing. So you can try
Had it happen once this patch (first game I played) and come to think of it may have been the same case last patch as well. Immediate CTD during loading of next map with no warning or error displayed as Mustang reported.
