My first person game view switched to something just behind my head in 3rd person. It happened during the warmup phase of the 2nd round of a stopwatch map. It didn’t stay that way once warmup was over. It was only temporary, only during warmup.

Ah yes, the very annoying “third person glitch”. It’s known, but has a very east fix - especially when it’s pre-game like this. Just press K (suicide) if it happens again, and you can easily respawn. This should fix it! :3
