Something changed with the latest update (as of 7/26/3015), I can now hear people talking, I want to default to all teammates and opponents muted. The only option for this under the game settings is to configure the “voice chat” to be at 0, which it is. Fix the game to recognize this value, or give another option to mute all by default.

Today’s twitch stream with Miss Murder showed the need for this feature. We need to be able to auto mute everyone at the start of a map. Watch the twitch stream and see the two Splash Damage people get frustrated and have to manually mute people one by one.
