[GAME BUG]Unable to Open Cases

I try to open them again and again but I either stare at a permanent “Please wait…” screen until I cancel or get told that there’s a Network error.

Help with how I could fix this would be appreciated.

BEsides that, I’m new and enjoying this objective based game so hello DB community. :slight_smile:

Well I tried a reinstall. Instead of a “network connection error” I now have an “unknown_error”.

I have 12 cases now that I can’t open, help with this would be appreciated.

I’ve found out on the steam forum that I’m not the only person this is happening to.

Please look into this Nexon or at least reply to me in some way.
I want to play your game but this is ruining it for me.

Have you already opened a ticket with Nexon Support? Please do so if you haven’t.

Hi there, I have very much the same issue and I made a ticket as well, submited screenshots etc. All I was told was that:

"I have forwarded your information to the appropriate parties so this issue may be looked into.

If any further information from you is require or if there are any updates I will respond accordingly."

Support doesn’t know or can’t fix the issue, we are probably left to wait for developers. I just started this game today and I can’t open any of my Cases :slight_smile: Great begining…

Can you guys send screen shots of the errors you are receiving with the error/text? You get that by clicking on the !/Triangle.

I can open cases, but game can’t load mercs and loadouts images

Here you go. Just to make sure that we are on the same page, I already tried options with firewall/antivirous. From what I can see there is also no option to buy a Merc for me? I was looking at other people videos and I could see they had the option to buy Merc, where as I only can see a locker Icon and nothing else.

To sum up, I can neither open cases nor buy Mercs. Any ideas how can I fix that?

When I am in the main menu, barracks, store, game lobby, or any other location other than being in a match I experience a 3 to 5 second lag between clicking and acknowledgement of the click by the game. In game this is not an issue and I experience no lag, therefore I do not believe it is a problem with my internet. My mouse moves fluidly even when the menus take a while to respond, so I do not think it is an issue with my computer. This has occurred since the patch adding Phantom, before the patch the menus were responsive in a unnoticeable amount of time. I was able to open crates the day of the patch, but today (two days after the patch) I am unable to.

Why the game isn’t accepting the special characters?I had letter Ž in my name,so no game would load.Ardez told me what’s the problem,but will you fix that in future?

Dude, do you think that your post is in any way relevant to the topic? If you have a seperate problem then make a seperate topic. Its not a general topic for whatever comes to your mind so please do not spam.
