Sometimes while playing the game, I am unable to mute a specific player. Multiple attempts during a map and during the after-map scoring phase fail to mute the person. This happens rarely, and seems to be random, but if it happens, I can never mute that player (ever).
This bug has been reported before, and it still isn’t fixed.
