I don’t know how to replicate this bug as it seems to be random when it occurs. There is no map where it consistently happens either. In any case, I noticed this a few times where I was playing a non-engineer merc and trying to diffuse the C4 on Terminal’s last two objectives. Turns out that I ended up completely unable to diffuse even though I was the only one on site. The tool was equipped like normal, but there was no animation and the blue bar wouldn’t fill. This happened on Underground and Trainyard as well.

I’ve had a similar thing happen with the ev’s. I’m the only one there but I get a teamate rearing notification

I can confirm that it sometimes blocks you when repairing/defusing/delivering with the message that a teammate is on it…
