[GAME BUG] Random freezes throughout matches

After the latest Phoenix-patch I’ve been experiencing random freezes while playing. These freezes last 2-3 seconds before it’s all good again. My computer-setup is way above average and I have no problems with any other games, neither did I experience this before the Phoenix-patch was released.

I am using the GeForce GTX Titan X (12GB)-card pared with the Acer 27" LED Predator G-Sync XB270HU-screen, if that helps?

CPU: Intel i7-4790K 4.0Ghz
Memory: 16GB DDR-3 RAM @ 1600Mhz
OS: Windows 7 Professional
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus VII (S-1150)

Would be helpful if you could post your OS and other hardware info too :slight_smile: (ie. processor and RAM, mainly)

Same here. 1-2s freeze every ~2 games. Started happening around the time the new anticheat was introduced.

EU servers
OC’ed i4670K
16GB 2400MHz RAM
980Ti (6GB VRAM)
256GB Plextor M5E SSD
Xonar DX
Stable internet connection (ping to servers 4x-5x ms).
Windows 7 Pro
No intrusive “internet security” software.

My PC is rock solid stable, no problems in other games. Fully updated, current drivers for everything.

Throwing it too, I get frequent freezes since around the Phoenix Update. Just as MarsRover it’s around 1-2 times per every 2nd or 3rd game even.

It hasn’t done this before and I have played Dirty Bomb perfectly fine before so this is very strange and new to me.

After reading what other people stated regarding the frequency of the freezes I can now confirm that mine are the same frequency as the other two mentioned. I have also tried to remove all other programs / apps running to “ease” both the cpu and RAM-usage (VRAM included), but to no avail.

I will test with my old video-card tomorrow to see if it might solve itself then, I will also try to run earlier versions of my GPU-drivers.

Hello everyone!

I also want to report this freeze is experienced plaing the game. In the same way as others have reported this happens 2-3 times per match.

symptoms:
The game completely freezes for a few seconds and there is a drop in frames per second (1-3 FPS), then the game updates the position of the player and then continues normally. if they do not killed you hahaha :frowning:
