I click the case, select open, and it immediately dumps me back to the Barracks/Items list. It does not go into the case roulette, and still consumes a case.
Have lost 4-5 Dickens cases before realising the bug was eating them 
(and another +1 when I went to confirm if it was indeed doing it).
Bug seems to be hit-or-miss. I’ll get a bunch in a row, give it a couple minutes break, and I’ll try again & it’ll work fine. I only go to open cases after playing, before I shut down the game – so by correlation the issues always strikes immediately after leaving a server.
Have only experienced this issue with the Dickens cases, but I haven’t opened any regular cases in several weeks (just takes too long & don’t need any other loadouts).
