Please note that I am not 100% sure if this was intended, but in my perspective not.
It seems like it doesn´t do the amount of damage it used to do. It used to remove about 50% hp of the EV.
As for the updates: I haven’t seen a nerf for this. Also: It would be odd, as every “fire support” class has a (decent) damager to the EV…
