Conditions: Game was open, I had no missions, 2 minutes remaining until mission refill. I alt tabbed so the game did not have focus.
When I alt tabbed back to the game a few minutes later, I still had no missions and the countdown to mission refill was 2 hours 56 minutes. Tried relaunching the game to see if it was just a display error, but I still did not have any missions. Quite annoying.
May not be related to the game being minimized but I thought it may be relevant.

EDIT: Launching the game half an hour later I now have missions displaying. Don’t know how this works but I guess the bug is not so severe after all.
