So I got this new mission after the patch:
Operation: Sawbonez - Earn 3500 support XP with Sawbonez in your squad
I ran a stopwatch, ~4500 support xp (with Sawbonez) and it gave me no progress for the mission.
Then I completed an operation with ~2000 support xp, still no progress (well that’s not true…it shows 3/3500xp).
