[Game Bug] - Lost when we should have won

Our team should have won due to our very early start, but due to a game error, the enemy team were given the full 15 mins to do the objective when they should have been given a lot less. Due to this, the enemy team managed to deliver the objective that we failed a lot after the time they should have had, meaning we should have won ~5 mins ago, but we lost. This also happened in a competitive match, meaning it will probably reflect poorly on my rank and my team’s rank because the game registered this as a loss, when it was clearly a victory.

I hope this issue will be addressed and fixed soon, as this is not the first time this has happened to me and my friends, but this time I have managed to get proof.

Hello, can you please be clearer on this issue? Can you please tell me how the rounds went ect.

I was an attacker on the first round and my team and I managed to pick up first and second objectives relatively quickly (as seen in the picture), but we failed to get the last objective in the end. Then the teams swapped, and, to my knowledge of stopwatch rounds, the enemy team should have been given the time it took us to get the first and second objective for them to get the first and second objectives (as seen by the red line that indicates their time) but they were given the full 15 mins of a round, which the allowed them to get the first and second objective a lot later than we did, and eventually to get the third objective, which meant that they won. However, they should not have won as they took longer to get first and second objective, which is the point of stopwatch matches.

Thank you for the extra info, this will be looked into as soon as possible.

@Litch3D Actually, if the first team does not complete all of the objectives, it is intended that the other team is given all 15 minutes. It is primarily about who completes more objectives, and if that is the same then who did them faster. The only way for the second team to have less time than 15 minutes is if the first team completes every objective. Therefore the match worked as intended and this is not a bug. @NxA_Noxie

Well then, the game might have worked properly, but the leaderboard did not, as the red bar that indicates the enemy team’s time only went to our second objective’s time, and the indicators of the enemy team’s objectives were outside their represented time, as the red bar isn’f fully filled. So if the game worked properly(which in my opinion, calling it STOPWATCH implies a faster time is better), then the leaderboard did not work properly as it represented the 15 mins in the short red bar.

It depends how you make a game… Fastest or best team?

It’s not a game bug, I guess. Best team wins in DirtyBomb. Not the fastest…
