Removing non-standard characters from the name is not a bad idea tbh :slight_smile:

Tell that to the legimate Asia playerbase. :confused:

The problem is that it requires you to change your Steam username. If DB had an linked login system where you had to put in a unique game id it might be different. Unfortunately because it IS your steam ID this is a big issue.

i have the cubed symbol [ ³ ] in my name and when i removed it the error still came up

I am unable to join games as it says invalid license bundle, was fine until new update in case that helps. Any help will be greatly appreciated I really enjoy this game and want to get back into it. Thanks

Cyrillic alphabets are also a problem, I just don’t see why I should have to change my steam name just so I can play one game.

Then don’t. You choose what to do with your own time.

This is a bug. It will be repaired in the future. Not a permanent name change if you want to keep playing.
