As you can see when I do a quick-scope the crosshair does not move away from center, but when I aim and hold the click, the crosshair move away from center.

IMO this reduces the reward for aim well and increases the luck factor.

It’s supposed to do that to avoid quick scoping quickscopers

Possibly, but then it would be better to make invisible the crosshair when u have a rifle with scope.

I believe this is intended I will look into this just in case.
