[GAME BUG]Failing to join MM Lobby given Penalty

Hi,

My mates and me got a major penalty for not being able to connect to the lobby. Game was loading indefinitely to the lobby, impossible to enter into it. After 5 minutes, we got this major penalty.
Then I reloaded the game and I could enter the game where, only one guy where standing there, for 15 minutes, doing tricks.

This bug of “not being able to join” or the instability of the servers is really annoying and is there since the beginning of the ranked games.

Hi, I got a minor penalty for not being able to find a match, it was going to be my first time trying out competitive however I wasn’t able to join any game because players didn’t join in time. After spending 30 mins searching for a match I got a minor penalty. I see no reason why I deserve this as I didn’t leave during a game or leave the lobby.

Is this a problem with the game or did I do something wrong?
