I was playing bridge tonight, and at one point it was 8 people versus 1 because of a spawn domination from the other team. I grabbed a screenshot of 3v8, but I’ve seen this happen before.
If team numbers are way off balance, please force an automatic team shuffle during the map. Otherwise people will keep leaving the game, making the match useless.
When you swap teams you retain all your XP, I think this needs to be made more public as well. These days if I have my first win for the day I will jump to the understacked side and try and help. even if i just get to kill spawn campers and team stackers im happy.
If you are in a 3v8 situation, almost noone will deliberately switch into such a dominated mess.
I believe that you would do it, but the majority of the playerbase wont.
I agree with OP, you can’t just have a match of 1/2/3 vs 8 running for a whole 10 minutes more.
The game needs some kind of team-balancing system desperately.
I was in a match last night, and a shuffle vote actually passed and worked!! It was even a few minutes into the match which is even more surprising. The side that was dominating originally still won, but it was at least close instead of a smashing.
