This only works on friendly fire servers, or when you do it with a enemy player.
To reproduce have one player stand in the corner and have him jump when the other players is on top of him. For other players it will look like both players are way up in the air, and you do no damage if you hit them. For the players in the corner they can shoot and use abilitys as normal, but they are stuck there until on player dies.
