Sometimes when playing, there is a player that I cannot mute. I cannot mute them on the same team, opposing team, or by being a spectator. I also cannot mute them after the match is over (in the lobby). I have seen this happen (rarely) on multiple games across multiple game types, seems to only be one user (randomly chosen).
