[GAME BUG] Broken Thumb Crash

Ok so, as the title says, I encountered a bug today that literally caused my game to crash. I was trying out competitive mode for the first time, and just as my team spawned in, I accidentally pressed a key (I think it was b), and this screenshot was the result: http://imgur.com/WWqf8hO
As it happened, I thought maybe it was a way to like inspect your weapon, but the game started and I couldn’t move (I could, however, fire). Soon after, the game crashed. I don’t know if anyone has encountered this bug yet yet. If so, please let me know.
