Well look @ the screenie:
It happened to me twice in 2/3 games i played just now. It appears from the beginning as seen on the screenshot and dosent go away anymore until the game ends and a new game starts or off course, leave server and join another one.
I played a full game with this screen just to see if it would go away but it dose not.
