[GAME BUG]Augments Not Working

Hey guys,

I made a short video about some augments in Dirty Bomb that don’t seem to work. I didn’t see that much discussion regarding this issue and a lot of these augments just don’t seem to work, so I went ahead and compiled the ones that I knew of into a list and then showed a side by side comparison with some analysis. I hope this gets around to the developers if it hasn’t been addressed already… I feel a little weird posting this because I would think a lot of people would have noticed the perks not working, but hey maybe I’m blind and there’s already a lot of discussion around it. Either way let me know.

EDIT: The Augments I go over are:
Steady ,Lock On, Chopper (works), Flying Pig, Cool, Mechanic, Nitros (works), Quick Slash (works), Focus

TBH, I couldn’t explain such a useless augment in any other way, than the stickybombs used to explode when an enemy was near.

That’s like giving Skyhammer an augment that “Makes the healing station deal 33% less damage to yourself.”

I think it would be cool for it to make the sticky bombs detonate 30% faster. I’ve had a couple times where I set up a sticky trap and blew it when someone ran through, but they were going fast enough that they just survived…

You can shoot your own mine with your shotgun if you have line of sight with your sticky bombs for instant detonation. You won’t always be able to see your mines, but at least you can exploit this to avoid loosing time with the detonator.

Bumping this : does Lock On still does not work with Fletcher since the update ? I can’t try it right now.

I’m getting 25 heal from a pack on a non-direct hit. 25 is just ridiculous and this is with the potent pack perk.

Update: I have Fragger with the same perk, doesn’t work either.

My loadout for Fletcher has Flying Pig. But he still takes damage when he falls?

This needs to be fixed asap. As well as potent packs for Sparks and Lock On for Fletcher.

Bumping this again, because it’s still an issue. Also, potent packs does not work on Sparks, and Flying Pig does not work at all.

@MissMurder : can we hope for a fix of those augments soon ? It wastes an augment slot on a lot of loadouts.

Can we start getting these bugs fixed yet? The last update was nice, but there should’ve been more fixes imo.

I’ll try to help you if I manage to make my screen record software work correctly. So far my game is not very fluid when I am recording. I have yet to find a good balance between the quality of video and the quality of play.

The perk Flying Pig does not seem to work at all with this loadout, I take fall damage on all maps.

Sweet, I was going to shoot for a Nader with Double Time and Spares, was worried Double Time wouldn’t work.
