All my custom bindings were lost, resulting in very confusing play at first (nothing worked). All key bindings went back to default.
On the screen, where it usually says “Press mouse 2 to begin”, it said nothing at all, just an empty box.

You’re (un)lucky, a mouse key unbinding can be hard to notice at first. I had it completely unbind most of my keyboard. Ended up having to spend five minutes rebinding everything. Did I mention I was on a 6s server first time, and thus taking up a valuable player slot?
Yes, I say first. This has happened thrice now.
