Hello, I tweeted @DirtyBomb about this and found the fix. Hopefully next patch this can be resolved.
How to produce : Disable Voice Receive/Changing Voice volume will eliminate all audio from the game after applying.
How to currently fix: Change your crosshair color and apply. Your audio will return and you can safely change your color back.
I don’t know if there is another game setting that will fix this, however any attempts to fix via console commands, verifying game cache, or reinstall will not fix the issue.
