Strange bug I’ve noticed, and I saw it happen to some other people (on streams), haven’t been able to replicate it tho:
sometimes your cooldown gets stuck on 01 seconds. It usually gets stuck for a couple of seconds and putting down the ammo station fixes it (for some reason)

Confirmed, but goes for all abilities

had the same… but the onyl way to fix is was disconnect and reconnect to the server
dieing and respawning, selkill or geting revived (help up) does NOT change anything
