GAME ALL MODES No Sound

Turned down my sound last night to listen to music while playing. Turned it back up today and… No sound. Verified that all sound levels are at 100% (including voice, because that causes wonky issues deserving of another thread). Also verified that Dirty Bomb was @ 100% in the Windows volume mixer. No-go. All other audio sources/apps/etc. working fine. Just no sound in Dirty Bomb.

this is the publishers forum, not the developers

So the forum section devoted to bug reports is just some cruel joke? This is the forum directly linked from the closed beta for “feedback”, so I think not. Whether it’s run by Nexon or SD shouldn’t matter.

I’d suggest you submit a ticket but, afaik, that whole system is down, there’s an email address somewhere in the forums or you could ask @‌MissMurder

btw, you can post feedback, nothing was said about answers

If you have razer synapse, open it and go to mixer and you will find that it mutes it on launch for some reason, you can simply unmute it and then you should have sound.

It was so long ago that I can’t remember what I did to fix it but it wasn’t that. Thanks tho!
