There is a bug with matchmaking where you are in two queues at once. One will pop up saying accept while the other continues looking. If you accept the second one it will reset your queue but, at least from my experience you will never get in (waited 20mins). If you reject the second queue that pops up you will be banned for 2 mins but after that you will get another ban upon re queueing for 3 hours for not accepting a match (not sure if intended or not).
