It’s a bug, experienced it myself. I would not really rely on getting any help at this point (believe me, I’ve tried). Support for this game isn’t up and running yet so yea, that’s a bummer.
You’ll have to wait those 2 days.
Just hope they fix it so that not many other people have it in the future, could pose a serious problem.

Yes, I can read the message and I find this unacceptable - it’s the very nature of a computer to run at least one third party program (the OS) and in reality, it’s save to assume at least 50 processes running for various services and programs.
I think that they are intentionally leaving out the part where the third party programs should need to interfere with Dirty Bomb (and even that is a fuzzy line - teamspeak plugins and FPS counters could be considered as interfering)
I rarely regret my purchases, this time I wholeheartedly do.
This is mad bad customer service.
@CC_FANG can you get a closer look at this? This is not the customer service i would expect from a decent game.
Same thing happened to me I am banned for 2 days and would like to know what third party software it is suspending us for, so we can stop it. @MissMurder @CC_FANG please don’t ignore this issue.
Hello anyone? I have posted on the forums and emailed nexon costumer support still banned and have no clue what the third party program is… IS there anyway to inform us on what the program was so this ban doesnt happen again?\
And about that part with Vquel why would they not tell us why we were suspended. We need to know what program is causing it to prevent further issues.
I guess in my case it was sandboxie - I made sure that DB and Sandboxie cannot run at the same time…still banned
