So guys i was thinking of where dirty bomb might stand in the future, and it got me thinking whether dirty bomb will simply decline and loose it’s player base and die out within the next few years, or do you think it will increase it’s player base and the game becomes more exciting? what i think is that with a game like dirty bomb it’s not easy to create new content all the time due to balancing issues especially when it comes to new mercs. On top of all this what do think dirty bomb lacks that can make it better? Please comment below on what you think.
Future of dirty bomb
The lack of advertisement and marketing
Which is I hope they would do if the game out of beta

I noticed the “if” there
DB lacks a lot of stuff:
Skins (I’m talking about real skins, not just clothes with different color. I mean skins that change the player model completely, like Halloween costumes or just other cool stuff)
Balance (merc and team balance)
Players (can be solved by advertising)
Trading between players
New content (since April 2016, we only got 1 new merc, 1 event and 1 new map which is for execution so it doesn’t count, meanwhile, Overwatch gave us 3 new heroes and 2 new maps and also 4 different events. Trinket events don’t count)
I can keep on going, but you get the idea

Yeah comparing blizzard with splash damage… i think we have the point. And Overwatch did not give me anything except disappointment.
- Game does not need new mercs (18 is just fine)
2)5 new maps with some new types of objectives and we are good to go - Some better matchmaking and party system(i know they have been working on it but nobody knows if it will help)
- Maybe some new gamemode but it is not needed that much if the new maps will have different types of objectives.
*5)Community servers would be great
This is the important in my opinion. Sure then there are things like separation skins from perks, new perks, new skins, etc. But it is not that needed.
Dirty Bomb won’t die anytime soon. Two maps are also in developpement (Dockyard and Heist), with one of them being in the starting blocks (Dockyard). Casual Match Making is still a work in progress feature. Community server will also be a thing soon. DB is fine at the moment, and should remain fine for several years.
Pls Volvo.
not sure what you mean, those things are created in 3D programs like Maya, Blender etc. and then imported to UDK
Dirty Bomb won’t die as long as it maintains the current monetary system (maybe a few minor changes to encourage spending, mainly the crafting system that sucks right now and discourages any spending on elite cases).
Also the game needs to be smoothed out a bit. Back in late 2015, the gameplay was really smooth. Things just flowed right. Lately there’s been some server issues and extremely irritating bugs that just make the game feel clunky.
But besides that, Dirty Bomb is very unique in its gameplay and is also the best F2P FPS on the market right now. I’m gonna state that as a fact because I’ve played every FPS available and nothing compares. They’re either too focused on pay-to-win or suffer from critical gameplay issues or are full of hackers.
Long live Dirty Bomb!

how do you put it in the game like in steam workshop?
what i think dirty bomb should have for editing is like making skins in the sense like you choose a camo pattern and allow a choosing of a color scheme for it, so like you can choose to have like a winter camo for a merc for a jungle camo.
