Hi, I created a dialing Stargate for Elite Force a while back using func_usables with the model2 key. I’m not sure exactly when it started, but after a certain version of Q3Map2, the origin of the model rarely works.
When I made it, it was simply a case of 7 func_usables, all with START_OFF checked and all with origin textures as part of them, I then assigned a model2 key and when I triggered them, the models appeared. However this no longer works. I’ve tried using a misc_model attached to the func_usable, and this doesn’t work either. The thing I don’t get is, the models work fine if the func_usable starts visible and then is triggered to make it invisible.
This is giving me serious problems with the game, especially as this is an essential part of the mod!
