Func_Explosive problem

I can’t get one of my func_explosives to work…

I have done everything, created the trigger brush, set the health to zero, and grouping the trigger and the func_explosive.

No matter what I do, it won’t blow up :banghead:

Any ideas?

be more specific

If it’s just a wall which can be destroyed with anything, you set health to something other than 0

if it’s something which should be destroyed with dyno/satchel, try these tutorials

I have done exactly what that tut says.

It is a door that has to be destroyed with dynamite. I set the health to zero, created the trigger brush around it, and is still won’t work.

i have a problem that all the textures are gone sometimes if you make an entity and stuff i dont know whats going wrong

Search the forums for Dynamiteable Objective there is a post onit by Marko

the post has details of a Tutorial on it.

i dont think you have made a script

and also

health 0 is not needed anymore in ET

Have you done the scripting for the dyno objective? It does not work without it. Also the health key is pointless as you set the health of the object via the script with the construction class.
