Fun Game Of Competitive (Hacker)

Here is a video that I uploaded so people can become aware of what hacks are currently being used. The hacker spammed text consistently throughout the game, and killed anyone in the map unless hiding behind cover (still killed occasionally).
His final score was 77/1 and he ruined our competitive match.
