In general hate to create such topics, but I will just complain a little bit about the handling of events by Nexon. I was part of the Closed Beta since the game was called Extraction. And have played it with the Nexon launcher, as I took a few weeks/months off as the game wasn’t that active at this moments, I didn’t realize right away when the game switched to Steam (The Switch to Steam, was a good idea) and I didn’t recieve my new Steam closed Beta Key(either Nexon didn’t send it out, or it got deleted in my junk folder). After contacting the customer support I got my closed beta key and I was able to play the game. As it was already after the event weekends I didn’t get my Closed Beta Loadout, but that is ok, I could have contacted the customer service sooner. But in my general opinion the vent period should have been for the entire period of the closed beta.
The next big event was Containment War Upgrade, where the drop rates for the event cases where really low, at the end I bought around 600 Equipment cases (pretty much all of them for 1k credits because I didn’t want to buy 600 cases at one moment, and the sale was only at the end) to get 1 CW skin. It was pretty frustrating but it’s better then nothing and Nexon improved with the next event, or I just got more lucky.
I and many other people didn’t get some of the trinkets of the trinket hunt, but I know that there will be a fix and I will recieve them sooner or later. People who don’t play the game so often will most likely feel cheated as they didn’t get there promised reward.
The What the Dickens update ended, I got 2 Event cases and I have planned to buy the 3 limited edition trinkets, so I checked the event page (http://dirtybomb.nexon.net/news/5534/-what-the-dickens--update/) on the 12th of January (and a few times before) how long they will be available at the store, and there was the information that the limited edition trinkets will be available until the 15th of January.

I have logged off, have gone to work came back and wanted to buy the trinkets at the 13th of January just to find out that they where already removed from the store. Looks like Nexon put wrong information on their website, so I have contacted the customer support if there is still a way to buy the trinkets, as I got wrong informations. So far I didn’t get a answer and the only thing that has changed is that the fixed there mistake on the website.
I’m still hoping that I can get the trinkets, but I have a feeling that the answer will be “bad luck”. 
I really do hope Nexon will improve in the future.
