From My Games, A Tip I'd Suggest

TEAMWORK. It’s seriously a big difference if done right. Medics although with a shotgun can be VERY deadly up close. They are far more valuable behind the crew. Their instant revive mechanic keeps the pressure on the enemy VERY high and as they die off, you’ll have time to set up objectives.

Communicating with the team helps big time in both composition and strategy. A even team composition means staying alive longer and burning through objectives, ammo will be provided as you really do run out quickly the longer you stay alive, and damage output will be consistent and heavy. Now knowing when a teammate needs ammo or health and getting it to them asap can be the difference between losing your point and gaining it.

So I HIGHLY suggest you either get a mic, or at least communicate with your team your play style in the lobby so you guys can make the most of the situation, but at the same time sucking it up and playing a role you don’t always want to play. All in all lack of teamwork means people dying one by one and no one to back them up, which means DEFEAT!
