Hello there !
I’m french and I spotted some things that could be improved. Like “splash damage”, when you hit someone with a nade, for exemple, is translated (if I remember well) by “rayon d’action”, or something like that. It’s weird, “dégâts de zone” (area dammages) or “dégâts d’explosion” (explosion dammages), would be better. I think 
Edit: It could be moved in “technical help”, maybe, I don’t know…
