why isn’t redeye getting any love in the free rotation. i think the last time he was on free rotation was right after his update. i wanna try him out before i decide who to get last

Redeye was last on rotation starting 18 Nov 2015 ( for two weeks, so it ended 2 Dec 2015 ). Only 4 rotations ago… He should be coming around the loop again soon, but at least 2-6 more weeks before we see him imo. 3 mercs per rotation, so 12 mercs have been seen since then, 15 if you include the rotation that is just starting.
