if you would rather i not propose solutions to their problems, just say so. that the solution happened to be ‘try etpro’ offends you? meh.
if the solution would have been to burn incense and recite mantras, i would have offered that as well. i’ll remember to keep any etpro solutions out of my posts now :moo:
I was not offended what so ever. I put up an ET pro server also. I do perfer shrub setting for XPsave.
But back to the problem. It looks like others are also have this problem. Found this on other forum.

i’d be more interested in knowing if etpro does (or doesnt) solve your crashing problems.
Tbh, Bani has every right to pimp his stuff. Especially if it is (even though we dont know this yet) a solution to someones problem. Even if its not a solution at least it was an alternative test to try and narrow things down. And more reason is the fact that, akin to the fact they/he makes it, we already know it provides hell of alot more bug fixes that persists in etmain and shrub and has the backin of the pro clans and leagues. Must be doing something right then eh?
Just hurry up and finish the next version… really lookin foward to it m8. \o/

It hasn’t had the problem in the last week that I’ve had it running ET Pro. But I also have not played on it during this time, so I’m not sure how busy the server has been. Looking at the logs it doesn’t look like it’s been very busy either. However, it looks like enough that the server should have crashed by now.
I also heard back from one of my clients saying they resolved the problem by shortening their config file… they are still running Shrub.
