Free Camera in spectator mode?

Hey, I saw on dirty cups stream, it’s possible to run free camera and move around a map, how to do that?

Just enter the spectator mode (esc - change team - spectate) and move around. You may have to press the ‘use’ key (F) to split from first person mode.
Just keep in mind spectating will cause the teams to be unbalanced if all server slots are filled.

Thanks, I thinked more about moving on empty server(or offline) than in filled server with people.
