Hello Splash Damage, and the many of you who may be on the fence with this title.
First, let me just say that I had great hopes for this game. Second, it is a great game, WHEN IT WORKS!!!
The gaming industry is huge, how can something like this not be fraud? Why do I say fraud??? Let me tell you.
FYI, I am on the 360.
- The game has 12 challenges, that work.
- The game has a campaign, that works if you like to play alone. The AI is ridiculously horrible, I beat Brink 3 hours after owning it.
- The most important issue of all, the multiplayer doesn’t work.
Now I understand your roots SD, your modders, meaning you have absolutely no idea what-so-ever on how to write proper netcode for an online multiplayer game, seeing as you just borrowed working netcode from legitimate companies in the past and reskinned their games.
I’ll give it to you though, the movement system is cutting edge, even if your animations are horrible at best.
You’ve just pulled another two worlds and ripped off thousands of people, feel ashamed, and while you are sitting there with your dunce cap on, make a frigging patch and get this crapfest working properly. Unfortunately you have the walmart, gamestop, target, and (insert brand name store) policy of open package = no return on games and movies keeping our hard earned cash in your pockets.
You took advantage of us so you could make a buck. In my book that is nothing more than a snake conman at work.
Fix it.
