One obvious bonus - more settings for those playing on Low. In theory these new settings can net you some more fps

I havent noticed any difference. I play on a gtx 970 so isnt the best for comparison. Although I have seen alot of people complain of random frame drops on Dome.

I get less frames on low than I do on high. Only by a few, granted, but still.

Apparently on low more work is offset to the CPU, and my CPU is trash, so that might explain why.

in fact for me it does increase performance, except in Dome where I get frames drops

Post update, I have been getting a lot of frame drops on Dome. I look at my ping every time when it happens and it is below 50/60. Seems like Dome is the only map that I am having an issue with as well…all other maps are completely fine.

Onyxia is definitely deep breathing more this patch.
