frame rate issues since the last update

so until the last update i used to run the game at 30-50 frames per second. now after the update i play at 8-12 frames per second. i can compensate my aim so i am able to still some what play…sort of. i have tried changing my graphics settings (medium, minimal, low) i have tried windowed and full screen (windowed works better, or its no as devastating on my eyes). sometimes on full screen ill rapidly go from 50-80 frames to 6-10 in the space of a few seconds. does anyone know what is happening? (also this computer is bad and im getting a new one next month-ish but i never had problems like this before)

I’ve the same problem here, dropping from 60 FPS to 20 FPS during few minutes, then back to 60 FPS few more minutes and again and again…
This happend few months ago, then it stopped until last patch.
Maybe it’s an hardware problem, but as it stopped for a couple of months, it may come from the update ?

EDIT : I never experience this problem in other games. The GPU core clock and GPU memory clock seem to drop during these drops of FPS.
