Every time i play a match of DB i get stutters and frame rate dips throughout the game, furthermore other players seem to kill me when i clearly am behind cover. the problem is not my computer or internet. the game used to run smooth for me but ever since the containment war update and patch(11/12/15) its been running bad.

Were you using a custom Engine config file before ?
It was shown some of the old config files weren’t working after the new updates .
