I don’t know if this is a glitch or intended but Fragger’s nades don’t gib players that are down
Fraggers nades don't gib?
If they turn grey that means they can not be revived any more. No need to gib them.
???
I don’t think you understand.
When players are down (NOT gibbed - still coloured) fraggers nades don’t gib them

When you nade them (while they are downed) they will turn grey and since you can’t revive someone who is grey, gibbing isn’t necessary.

If gibbing isn’t necessary, then why does it happen to players who are alive and standing? The OP is pointing out this inconsistency.

Because when you gib someone who is still alive they won’t be downed and they can’t be revived. But there is technically no difference between a gib and a grey player on the ground.
What @insaneCylinder is saying is the grenade will kill them even when they’re down, but they’ll just turn into a gray ragdoll, rather than them gibbing from a grenade, why is there this inconsistency? Who knows, doesn’t really matter since they’re dead if by gib @bubblesKeyboard means they don’t get executed, that would be an issue, I love Fragger but I haven’t really went to made someone that’s dead unless I see a medic right next to them.
There is a difference, albeit a slight one, and that’s what the OP is talking about. It’s visually inconsistent. The fact that they cant be revived whether or not they are gibbed or grayed-out is beside the point. It’s just weird that someone who would have exploded into a bunch of gibblets, had they been standing up, remains perfectly intact if a nade lands in their mouth while they’re laying down.
Gib = execuited.
