come to think of it; I also felt like I didn’t see the smoke grenade I throw fly in the air, the smoke does appear though…

Since this patch I’ve had this as well, wasn’t sure if it went off or not but there is no sound (and I lost the nade).

also occurs with Nader (two consecutive shots) and, according to one other person on my ts, Fletcher.
