Fragger / Thunder Nades...

I would like to know if its possible for Thunder in particular to increase/add a proximity detonation range. Not instant but like 0.75 seconds after it reaches proximity.

After one of the recent patches his detonation time got much longer and gave the ability to cook the nade. This is good and I like it. However I would like the ability to throw into a small room or long distance without having to hold it in my hand for how ever many seconds.

Sure this may be a more noobie friendly change… My main reason for suggesting it is to do with “flow” when playing as thunder. For some reason, since the patch where he got the ability to cook the nades he has felt a little more clunky then in the past.

I am not talking about a huge proximity range. Just a couple of hundred units should be fine.

Seems fine to me. Also would like to have right-click drop the nade like a rock.

Not to be an a$$ but you say the entire game is good or seems fine except maps… Obviously balance is not… We may be shooting what appears to be high 40% range but sure doesnt feel like it and nades and may other balance issues in this game suck or need to be polished…

It could be a particular augment but it should be a direct change to Fragger.

I do think that Fragger could use a larger radius. It’s his ability after all. He should be able to clear out rooms with this thing. If he’s the only merc with this power then so be it. It may not be the most enjoyable way to go but that’s compensated with having him be less effective in other areas.
