FPS problems

So, i’ve been enjoying the game so far but still i’ve got enormous FPS issues. When i’m just running my frames won’t go higher than 60, while a gunfight they will drop to 10-20. I have all graphical settings set to the lowest possible, any ideas guys?

My setup:

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7 920 @ 2.67 GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series (6850)
Windows 7 64-bit
4 GB of RAM

Try lowering resolution? Another thing you could do is enable one frame interval setting. And it appears you have vsync on disable that, it causes input delay and caps fps to monitor refresh rate.
